Breakfast Sausage Recipe

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 fillets of + / - 8 oz. (+ / - 220 g.) Gourmar Salmon filets
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 cup fish stock
  • 200 gr. (7 oz.) Lurpak butter with salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh or dried tarragon
  • 1 pinch of white pepper
