  • 1 Hormel canned ham ® (5lb)
  • 1 L of Orange juice
  • 250 ml of white wine
  • 150g of prunes
  • 200g of brown sugar
  • 100g of sugar
  • 120g of onions
  • 200g of Carrot
  • 50ml of olive oil
  • Garlic of 10g (3 garlic approx.)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
